To Provide Academic and Resource  support at the grass root level for the success of various strategies and programs being undertaken in the areas of elementary education with the special reference to the universalisation of primary education.

The District SITAPUR has a total population of about 36.2 lakhs out of which male literacy is 61.02% andfemale literacy is 35.08 % ,moreover according to family survey 9198 children are still not nominated in any school.

To achieve the 100% literacy rate and to provide qualitative primary education to all children of 6 to 14 years age group in lieu of SARVA SHIKSHA ABHIYAN we have adopted following goals.-

To bring back all the children to school ,EGS centres , AIE centres by year 2003     

To make all children complete their class 5 education by the year 2007
To make all children complete their class 8 education by the year 2010
To provide satisfactory qualitative primary education.
To provide a bridge in quality of primary education by 2007 and elementary education by 2010 between all groups and communities .
To increase community cooperation for schools.
To provide qualitative monitoring , supervision and evaluation for elementary schools.
To induce innovative researches in elementary educational fields at the grass root level.
To provide necessary feedback and ground position to SCERT , SIEMET , NCERT .
