Revision
of Curriculum
A State resource group was constituted comprising the teachers, educationists, community leaders, State project Office and SCERT representatives for revision of curriculum of primary Classes and upper primary classes. Revision of Curriculum was made in the light of National framework of curriculum. After four workshops curriculum has been revised for primary classes in the year 1999 and for upper primary classes in the year 2000. Curriculum on Environment Studies for Classes VI to VIII was developed by the state of Uttar Pradesh in Compliance to the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court Dated 13-7-2004.

Work done by SCERT in the context of NCF 2005
- Review of curriculum and textbooks for primary and upper primary classes by the units of SCERT has been done.
- Meeting of Head/Faculty of units was held on 10th April 2007 to discuss the contents to be added or deleted from the textbooks.
- Revision of Regular BTC syllabus in the light of NCF 2005.
